Please note that all disputes are to be submitted online only. Each parking notice is limited to one Dispute. Please adhere to the following guidelines while submitting a formal dispute:
- Clearly state your case and include any supporting documentation (i.e. receipt for parking payment).
- Do not send copy of your parking notice, this is already on file and associated with your license plate.
- Documentation being submitted must be relevant to your dispute.
- Any receipts or documentation must have a business name along with a date and time stamp clearly displayed.
- If you have received a parking notice for failure to pay but no longer have a receipt, please provide the payment option used.
- For mobile application payments, a valid booking or transaction number is required.
- A receipt from the mobile application provider.
- For Pay Station purchases with no receipt, please provide the last 4 digits of the card used to pay for parking, bank record with the transaction showing as processed, not pending. All sensitive information must be redacted other than the transaction.
- Do not send the full card number.
- Do not send a photo of your credit card.
All disputes are responded to in sequence and may take up to 3 business days to be reviewed. Thank you for your cooperation.
